Dr. Gosline is a Senior Lecturer in the Management Science group at the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Principal Research Scientist at MIT's Initiative on The Digital Economy. She is also a fellow at Stanford University’s Digital Economy Lab. Dr. Gosline is an expert on the convergence of behavioral science and technology, and the implications for cognitive bias in human decision-making. In addition to being a leading thinker in customer experience (CX) strategy and digital brand strategy, Dr. Gosline is an expert on brand imitation and counterfeits, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence and human choice. Earlier in her career, she held marketing positions at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and Leo Burnett. Dr. Gosline holds an M.A. in Sociology and a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Marketing from Harvard University.
