AMS Survey Expert Brian Sowers Selected to Serve on INTA Trademark Reporter Committee

Applied Marketing Science, Inc. (AMS) is proud to announce that Principal and Litigation Survey Expert Brian Sowers has been selected to serve on The Trademark Reporter Committee at International Trademark Association (INTA) for the 2024-2025 term. His recent appointment follows two terms as Dilution Subcommittee Chair for the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee. 

The Trademark Reporter Committee produces The Trademark ReporterThe Trademark Reporter provides expert, analytical, and peer-reviewed content pertaining to trademarks and related intellectual property. This peer reviewed journal delivers thought leadership and practice insights to brand owners, IP professionals, and scholars, and is often cited by U.S. and international courts. 

With 30 years of market research experience, Brian has served as a testifying expert on matters related to trademark and trade dress infringement, class action, and false and deceptive advertising matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has personally designed and conducted thousands of market research surveys across a broad range of modalities and populations.
