As a principal, Ford plays a key role in driving the long-term strategy and growth of the firm. She exemplifies the firm’s commitment to excellence by working hand-in-hand with clients, affiliated experts, and team members to drive successful outcomes.
She will continue to serve as the Assistant Practice Lead for the Litigation Support practice, which provides survey evidence and expert witness testimony for civil litigation matters, including trademark and trade dress infringement, false and deceptive advertising, class action matters, and more. She co-manages the daily operations of the practice, shapes and executes strategic initiatives, develops new business opportunities, and fosters team growth and development.

In her over 15 years at AMS, Ford has successfully led hundreds of market research engagements, supporting top academic experts and practitioners in a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters. She began her career as an analyst at the firm and advanced through roles in project management, field support, and leadership within the Litigation Support practice.
Ford holds a master’s degree in survey research from the University of Connecticut as well as a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bentley University, where she was a President’s Academic Scholar.
