His recent appointment follows two terms as Dilution Subcommittee Chair for the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee.

With 30 years of market research experience, Brian has served as a testifying expert on matters related to trademark and trade dress infringement, class action, and false and deceptive advertising matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has personally designed and conducted thousands of market research surveys across a broad range of modalities and populations.
